We’re going to be speaking with Neal Bawa. Neal brings extremely strong, strategic, and operational experience to his businesses. He owns and manages extensive multifamily and single-family portfolio of over 1,000 units in 7 U.S. states, valued at over $111 million.

A little bit about Neal – he is the president and COO of Financial Attunement, which is a commercial real estate investment company. He owns and manages real estate properties in both single-family and multifamily properties in five states across the U.S. He’s based in San Francisco, California.

Today with me, I have Neal Bawa and he’s an accomplished multifamily investor. He’s a CEO of Financial Attunement and owns over a thousand units right now. He speaks at events all over the country. He’s got a Meetup with over 3,000 members in there, and he loves numbers.
