People often search for Neal Bawa reviews or Grocapitus reviews before they invest, take a class or join a webinar. That is a smart habit. This page collects what investors have said about working with Neal and the Grocapitus team, in their own words, and points you to where you can check the rest.

A quick note on where these come from. Multifamily University is the education side of Grocapitus Investments, so this is not an independent review site. We picked these quotes from investors who chose to write to us, which means they lean positive. Every one of them also appears on the testimonials page at grocapitus.com, and the full set is on Grocapitus Reviews.

What investors say about Neal and Grocapitus

“I invested in Grocapitus’ project because I liked their data driven approach to analysis and conservative underwriting. So far results have been delightful as the project has outperformed the projections and continues to perform well even during the coronavirus crisis. I also appreciate the fact that Grocapitus is easily available and they make it a point to communicate personally to address any questions I might have.”

Anshu S.

“Neal knows his stuff and they don’t move on risky projects. I would definitely invest with them again. If considering another investment, ask about their experience and established track record.”

Jaz W.

“Challenging times take a dedicated group to plan and execute to meet investment objectives. The site and asset management teams at Grocapitus have worked hard to maintain occupancy, keep tenants safe, and delinquency low.”

Rob D.

“I so appreciate your care for investors, combined with excellent intuition combined with hard ass negotiation skills.”

Mark C.

“Neal and his team are awesome! I’ve invested in 8 projects with him and after 3 years we’ve already sold three. I love getting his monthly updates. It’s rare to have a syndicator update us so regularly.”

Munaf K.

How to check any sponsor, including us

Jaz’s advice above is the right one. Before you invest with any syndicator, ask for the full track record, including the deals that went badly, not only the wins. Real estate carries real risk, and every sponsor who has been around long enough has had projects that missed their plan. Ask how often investors get updates, who manages the property day to day, and what happens if the business plan changes.

Neal teaches exactly how he picks markets and checks deals on the Multifamily University YouTube channel and in our free webinars. His market data is public too: Market Magic AI scores more than 900 US markets on jobs, population, new supply and rent affordability. For press coverage and interviews, see Grocapitus News.
