The title lives up to its name!

This book was definitely a “win” for me. These highly successful individuals reveal accounts from their personal lives as they each open up about huge failures and / or amazing successes. Many of these leaders give insights into their own struggles – and describe how we could potentially use their information to impact our own lives. Many authors give step-by-step tips. There are many topics from this wide array of successful individuals. I have a number of favorites…but one of mine was Denis Waitley’s story on how his grandmother was such a great, positive influence in his life. Powerful! One of his many tips was, “Values are more likely caught than taught…it’s much better to walk your talk.” I recommend this book. I will definitely be rereading some chapters, for sure!

Helpful to reframe challenges into opportunities

I appreciate how each contributor offers practical, actionable advice drawn from their own experiences. It’s not just theoretical motivation, but real-world insights that you can actually apply to your own life. Plus it’s cool to see Phil in this book since I saw him live on the tour he referenced in the book.

Very thankful that there are a group of people who are dedicated to make the world better. To inspire us to be the best versions of ourselves that we can be and find and use the gifts that God gives each of us. Thank y’all for being that version of YOU, and the boldness to share it.
