Multifamily University (MFU) – What is it?
Multifamily University, founded by Neal Bawa, is the Nation’s premier MeetUp network DEDICATED to apartment and commercial (retail / office / self-storage / industrial / mobile homes) learning. We are an army of motivated doers, spread out all across the USA, who are learning together and buying commercial / multifamily assets through syndication.
No sales pitches, no expensive courses – just education and networking.
To ensure consistency in the quality of our face-to-face events, WE ARE LOOKING FOR CO-ORGANIZERS who share this vision of what a MeetUp group should be and who want to grow and learn themselves. If you are a “super connector” and passionate about real estate investing, please read on to learn about the benefits of being a co-organizer.
BENEFITS OF BEING A CO-ORGANIZER
Bring your “A” game, because you are going to learn at an explosive rate, and network furiously to build your investor network & syndicate projects. As a co-organizer, you will have free access to showcase your projects at face to face events in your city. It may be possible for you to have access to more of the Multifamily University audience through regional & national webinars, conferences, podcasts & web courses. Also, tap into a nationwide network of resources such as property managers, brokers, lenders, insurers, IRA providers, syndicators, apartment technology vendors, underwriters and so much more.
Benefits of acting as co-organizer also include the following:
Opportunity to brand yourselves alongside an already well-known brand.
Access to free MultifamilyU content so you are learning and branding.
Inclusion at organizer-only events that will be “powerful peer events”
Access/exposure at national and regional events.
Access to the MultifamilyU Bootcamp for 50% off (after you have demonstrated commitment as co-organizer)
Potential access to general partnership (GP) shares in our syndications (fair warning – this is a long road, so no promises made or implied)
EXPECTATIONS OF CO-ORGANIZERS
Lead face-to-face events once per month. Arrange for local spaces and communicate with people who have RSVP-ed or are attending.
Collate online articles, reports, and other content and publish it to the network. Spare 1-2 hours each week to dive into various multifamily/commercial topics.
Ensure consistency in the quality of our networking and speaking events: find high quality and low (or no) pitch local speakers. We will help you with this.
