Daniel’s most recent responsibilities are site selection and acquisition for new development projects, land use planning, zoning, financing, underwriting and due diligence. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the fields of real estate development and construction management and has overseen over $2 billion of work throughout his career. Daniel has developed over 1,800 units within various affordable and mixed-income projects and has developed over 2,200 units of market-rate projects, as well as hotels and office developments.
